Our Founder, DJ, has always had a love of all things creative and community. With an entrepreneurial spark and a heart for connection, she’s the ultimate go-getter a “will-do” kind of powerhouse who brings ideas to life.

With over 30 years’ experience working with high-end organisations including The Hilton Group (UK), Vogue Australia, Next Media Publishing, Austereo’s Brisbane B105FM and as the founder of award-winning Kombi Celebrations DJ brings a unique blend of creativity, community spirit and business acumen to everything she does. Throughout her career, she has founded and successfully nurtured several start-up ventures, later selling them to pursue her true passions — connection, creativity, and community.

After relocating from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast in 2014 with her husband and two boys, Harry and Beau, DJ continued to channel her passion into meaningful community projects and business ventures. She spent two seasons with the Noosa Pirates RLFC, helping to elevate their events and fundraising initiatives while proudly supporting the operations of this great local club.

For the past three years, DJ enjoyed her role as the Community Partnerships Coordinator and Manager of the Katie Rose Cottage Hospice Noosaville Op Shop, where she was deeply passionate about fundraising for this incredible charity. During this time, she reimagined what a community retail experience could be – leading an amazing volunteer team to the successful relocation of the op shop and transforming it into a high-end, multi-use space that became a vibrant hub for connection. With the support of her amazing team of volunteers, DJ curated engaging, purpose-driven events, from maker workshops to fashion and beauty experiences which brought people together and elevated the local community spirit.

Her proven ability to create meaningful, sold-out events inspired a new chapter The Three Collective Co. where her vision for creative, connected community spaces continues to thrive.
